ZUSUP S.L. will process the personal data collected and provided by the USER and customers through the different channels provided on our website, such as the ticket purchase forms or contact forms. Therefore, ZUSUP S.L. will process the personal data of USERS for the following purposes:

• To manage the access and participation of USERS in the event, as well as to keep them informed about possible modifications and events related to the event, such as changes in the event schedule or suspensions. This processing is legitimised by the contractual relationship formalised between ZUSUP S.L. and the USER/USER arising from the purchase of the tickets.

• Sending information relating to other events, activities, services, competitions, products, offers or promotions of ZUSUP S.L., based on the legitimate interest derived from the contractual relationship between the parties formalised through the purchase of the tickets.

• If the USER gives his/her consent, ZUSUP S.L. may send them information about events, activities, services, competitions, products, offers or promotions from our partners.

The USER is informed of the need to provide all compulsory data in order to comply with the aforementioned purposes. These fields are identified by an asterisk (*). Failure to provide such data may make it impossible for us to fulfil these purposes.

The USER is responsible for providing the personal data necessary for the purchase processes established by ZUSUP S.L., and must pay special attention to the contact details and bank details provided, ensuring that these are correct.

Likewise, ZUSUP S.L. informs you that during the events, images of the attendees may be captured for dissemination and promotion through internal and external media of ZUSUP S.L. Said processing is legitimised by the consent given by posing for the capture of the images, understood as a clear affirmative action of appearing in the images.

The publication of images on our social networks may involve international data transfers, in accordance with the particular Terms and Conditions of each of the social networks used.

However, general shots of the event or accessory close-ups may also be taken, in which case the processing of personal data is possible on the basis of the legitimate interest of ZUSUP S.L.

The data of the attendees will be kept for as long as it is necessary to guarantee the proper management of the event and, at the end of the event, for the legal periods foreseen in which responsibilities may arise for the parties.

The data relating to the sending of commercial communications will be kept for the time necessary to effectively fulfil the aforementioned purposes or, where applicable, for as long as the USER/USER does not withdraw his/her consent or oppose the processing of his/her personal data.

Your data may be disclosed to third party service providers, as well as to various ticketing companies and our partners, only when it is necessary to ensure the proper management of the event or the processing of purchases. No other communication of the data is foreseen, except for legal obligation or court injunction.

At any time, users may exercise the following rights recognised by current data protection legislation:

• Right of Access: allows the USER/USER to know what information is held, where it has been obtained, to whom it has been provided and for what purposes it has been processed.

• Right of Rectification: allows the USER/USER to rectify any erroneous or out-of-date data.

• Right of Deletion: allows the USER/USER to request that their data no longer be processed.

• Right of Limitation: allows the USER/USER to restrict the processing of his/her data, but in such a way that they are kept for some later purpose (a legal claim, for example).
