Photographs
It is allowed to take photos for personal and non-commercial use. Be sure to remove the flash, as it may disturb other visitors. The use of tripods, monopods and selfie sticks within the exhibition is prohibited.
Opening Hours
Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 21:00h. Closed on Mondays except bank holidays.
Last slot 1 hour and a half before closing time.

Passes / slots
To ensure a pleasant visit for all visitors, access to the exhibition is organised in passes or slots every half hour. It is necessary to select a certain time and day when purchasing tickets and organising the visit. Once inside the exhibition, visitors can stay inside for as long as they wish. The average time of the visit is 1 hour.
What happens if I miss my entry time?
In that case we will try to let you in for the next pass, subject to availability. We recommend that you arrive punctually, as we cannot guarantee access to the exhibition outside the opening hours indicated at the entrance when the exhibition is fully booked.

Duration
The average visiting time is approximately one hour. Check our timetable to plan your visit with enough time to see it all!
Baby strollers
Access to the exhibition is not permitted with pushchairs or buggies. Carrying backpacks are permitted. A trolley car park is available on the site for visitors.
Cloakroom
We do not have a cloakroom service. It is not permitted to enter the exhibition with: food, drink, pushchairs or pushchairs, large rucksacks, suitcases, motorbike helmets, bicycles, skateboards or any other wheeled means of transport. Carry-on backpacks are allowed.
Minimum age
There is no minimum age for access to the exhibition. Children up to 3 years of age can access the exhibition free of charge by requesting a ticket at the ticket office and presenting proper identification. Children up to the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult family member.
Food and beverages
It is not permitted to bring food and drink into the exhibition.

Reduced mobility
The exhibition is accessible for people with reduced mobility and wheelchair use.
